Joel Mandelbaum President and Chief Executive Officer
Joel has deep experience delivering information and workflow solutions to financial services clients and is a graduate of MIT. Joel joined Strategic Insight from Warburg Pincus, where he was Entrepreneur in Residence and Senior Advisor. Previously, he held the position of CEO at Wall Street Systems. Strategic Insight is the 12th financial services business managed by Joel.
Karl Jaeger Chief Financial Officer
Karl Jaeger has over 25 years’ experience in the financial services sector, with a specific focus on data and software. Most recently, Mr. Jaeger was Chief Financial Officer, Global Transaction Banking Solutions at D+H Corporation and, before that, CFO at FundTech, the payments company acquired from private equity firm GTCR by D+H. Mr. Jaeger began his career at Thomson Financial (now Thomson Reuters). Prior to FundTech, Mr. Jaeger was CFO at Wall Street Systems, the treasury and FX trading software company.
Karl has a strong combination of operational and finance experience gained through managing human resources, legal, facilities, IT functions, professional services and inside sales groups. He has overseen the acquisition and integration of more than 30 financial technology companies throughout his career.
Ben Doob Managing Principal
Ben has extensive experience delivering distribution intelligence and advice on advisor-sold investments to senior executives at many of the world’s largest asset management firms. Ben joined Strategic Insight after over a decade with Market Metrics, where he served as Managing Principal and previously Chief Operating Officer. He has also worked as a management consultant for McKinsey & Company. Ben graduated from Williams College and received an MBA with Honors from The Wharton School.
Tony White Managing Director
Tony has over 20 years of financial technology experience with particular expertise in R&D, software development and product management. Tony joined Strategic Insight from Bottomline Technologies where he served as Director of Business Development. Previously, Tony was Managing Director at Wall Street Systems where he was responsible for the Wallstreet FX platform and for development of the Electronic Settlement Network.
Garry Hodnett Managing Director
Garry joined SI in 2015 as Chief Human Resources Officer. Previously he had worked for Wall Street Systems and ION Trading Systems as their Global Head of Human Resources. His expertise is in Mergers, Acquisitions & Integration; Organization Development and Effectiveness, Performance Management & Succession Planning and in Team Building. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from the University of Hertfordshire and a MBA from the University of Lancaster.
Chris Riggio Managing Director
Chris Riggio oversees sales performance forecasting, sales strategy and execution management across SI. Chris is responsible for the client facing engagement and implementation team made up of talented and professional sales executives, account directors, implementation specialists and client service representatives. As part of the Executive team, he is tasked with accelerating the company’s growth given the industry demand for better data transparency and visualization. Mr. Riggio started his career in 1998 at Chase Manhattan Bank and held senior roles at TheStreet.com, SmartMoney, Dow Jones, and Interactive Data where he managed a team of Sales Executives and Account Managers. Chris received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from State University of New York College at Oneonta.
Andy George Managing Director
Andy oversees technology & data operations for Strategic Insight. At BrightScope, Andy implemented a highly effective data driven Agile processes along with development & operational techniques that’s led to a culture of rapid and iterative delivery that’s permeating throughout SI today. In prior years Andy has built highly secure mission critical systems with Computer Sciences Corporation to constructing the largest consumer sports registration system in the world through Active Network along with many other accomplishments. Andy holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Information Systems from California State University, Chico
